Use our Get a Quote form and tell us what you need, how many pieces you want and when you need them. You can email artwork to aaron@carveandprint.com. We’ll confirm the product, pricing and timeline before production begins.

Most custom orders are ready in 3–5 business days after payment, product availability and artwork approval. Larger or more complex orders may take longer; we’ll confirm timing with your quote.

Shipping is typically an additional 3–5 business days after production. Tracking is sent when your order ships. Carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery dates.

We ship throughout the 48 contiguous United States. We also serve customers in Gilbert, Arizona and Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Minimums depend on the product and decoration method. We’re small-batch friendly, so send us your quantity and we’ll recommend the most cost-effective option.

Yes. For custom work that requires artwork setup, we’ll send a digital proof for approval before production. Please check names, spelling, colors and placement carefully.

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF work best. High-resolution PNG files with a transparent background are also helpful. If you’re unsure, send what you have and we’ll review it.

Customer-supplied items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before dropping off or shipping anything so we can confirm compatibility and explain the risks of decorating supplied goods.

Because personalized products are made specifically for you, approved custom items are generally final sale. If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
