Carve and Print is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit or if you suspect it has been stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Carve and Print is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.
