All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued on customized items that have been printed or engraved as per the client's request submission made online.

Please ensure that all customization details, including spelling, design, and placement, are accurate before submitting your order. Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds.
